What Does CWC Have For My Family?
Our family would love to welcome your family to church next
weekend. We have opportunities for each member of your household to enjoy
themselves as they encounter God through the Bible and other people just like
you.
As you look at the links on this page, you'll see a personal
note from the individuals who lead our children's, youth, small group, and
adult programs. We hope this helps you to get a personal and friendly first
look at Community, but we realize that this is just a web site. The best way to
find out all that's here for you and your family is to visit us this weekend.
If you'd like more info about Community, check out my.cwchurch.com,
the Web site for those who call CWC home. This will give you an "insiders view"
of life at Community.
I'm Thad Spring, Lead Pastor at Community. This church was birthed out of a vision
from God and a passion from our family to see lives transformed by the love of Jesus Christ.
My family (Jerilynn, Levi, and Jacob) and I are committed to serve the people in this community
and beyond. Our commitment isn't to programs but to people. Our efforts aren't given to an
institution but to individuals. This means that Community often looks different than
traditional churches. The dress is casual. The music is upbeat. The messages are relevant.
The atmosphere around our campus is one of joy and acceptance, authenticity and sensitivity
to those who are trying to find answers to life's most difficult questions.
Please take the time to check out Community at one of our weekend services or
through our events. We believe that through an encounter with God, your life will never be the same.
For Kid and Kids at Heart
Children today are bombarded with cultural messages that
challenge our core beliefs. It is our responsibility to meet this
challenge with spiritually prepared leaders, Bible based curriculum
and the most innovative approaches we can dream. We are dedicated to
providing a framework of ministering that touches infants through 5th
graders.
With the help of our committed volunteers, CWC provides a safe
environment where children can enjoy great learning and loving
relationships. In Faith Trek, we believe that learning should
be fun. Your child will enjoy a fun-filled large group time that's
action-packed with worship drama, music, and media relevant for
today's kids. Children will also have small group time with awesome
leaders to help them grow in Jesus' love. Lessons are shaped to make
them practical for the children's everyday life and mixed with
various activities as time allows.
You and your children are invited to visit Faith Trek during any
Sunday service, and experience our commitment to working with every
family in laying a spiritual foundation
children can build their lives on.
